Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 8 to 9 puri of panipuri


  • 2 boiled potato


  • 1/3 cup boiled black chana


  • 1 tbsp panipuri Masala


  • 1 tsp chopped chili


  • 3 tbsp chopped onion


  • 2 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 pinch black salt


  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 2 chopped green chili


  • 1 tsp Salt to taste


  • 1 tsp fruit salt

Directions

  • Make a pakoda batter with besan adding , salt , green chili and water
  • Make a thick pakoda batter
  • Add fruit salt lastly
  • Take a mixing bowl add boiled mashed potato , chana , green chili , panipuri Masala, Salt, black salt
  • Mix all this ingredients and crack puri from top and add potato Masala
  • Fill all the puris
  • Deep in pakoda batter and deep fry in hot oil till turns golden brown
  • Serve hot with cheese
